
FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS POLICY
Feedback about our services is appreciated. If at any time you are unsatisfied in our work with you, immediately contact the Executive Director at (519) 824-1212 ext 7205. This is a confidential line and all messages are secure. Your call will be returned within a reasonable time frame (barring extenuating circumstances).
The Executive Director will begin an investigation into your complaint and will contact you within 10 working days with a resolution or updates to the investigation. If at that time you would like to pursue the matter further please submit in writing your concerns to the Chair of the Board of Directors of Victim Services Wellington who will respond within 5 business days of receipt of complaint.
In the unlikely event there is a possible criminal complaint, contact your local Police Services immediately. Except in the event of a criminal complaint, we consider the decision of the Victim Services of Wellington Board of Directors to be final.
